WALTER HSU, President/Founder

Since founding HSU Development, Inc. in 1994, President/Founder Walter Hsu has been actively involved in all aspects of the company and its transformation into one of the area’s most recognizable general contractors.  Under his leadership, HSU has received several awards for both excellence in corporate leadership, as well as quality in construction.  Walter earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and has an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Development from the Kogod School of Business at the American University.  He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, is a current board member and the former President of the Associated General Contractors of Metropolitan Washington, DC, and is involved with a number of other community and charitable organizations.  Walter actively mentors youth in entrepreneurship and is an advisor to multiple companies in the Washington, DC Metro Area.



Having joined HSU in 1997, Randy Fetter oversees the company's government contracting projects throughout the greater Washington, DC area.  Playing a crucial role in the company, Randy’s responsibilities include client liaison, customer service, and management of day-to-day construction operations.  He oversees the completion of several dozen projects on an annual basis, managing Project Managers who manage up to 30 and 40 projects, ensuring that the highest standards of services are consistently delivered.  Randy's management has led to numerous company accolades and awards from our Clients. Randy is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting in the winters and boating in the Chesapeake Bay in the summers.
