HSU performed a complete demolition and build-back of this commercial space. Challenges of this project included installing custom millwork around existing elements and protecting and ensuring the integrity of the existing terracotta ceiling which remained in place.
The work was performed in an occupied, busy, downtown location. HSU utilized significant noise and dust protection to curb disruptions to the restaurant and retail space directly below.
