HSU renovated this existing office space for a new tenant. The work included a new pantry and upgraded Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
This was a challenging project with distinct requirements for salvaging, saving, and reinstalling the existing millwork, stone tops, wood door, and gold-leafed domed ceiling. HSU installed a completely new sprinkler system throughout the space.
