HSU was the selected contractor on this project for Jeff Gordon’s Mixed Martial Arts Academy. The project involved demolition and complete build-out of the entire fitness facility when it relocated from Rockville to Gaithersburg, MD in 2008. The scope of work included new lighting, locker rooms, bathrooms, ADA-compliance, fixtures, fire safety, fans, plumbing, etc.
