HSU was the Prime Contractor on this Design-Bid-Build project. This project consisted of comprehensive repairs to Building 62 exterior envelope.
The scope of work for this project included demolition, replacement of building exterior elements including: stone masonry, siding, windows, trim and steep slope/flat commercial roofing, drywall, insulation, waterproofing, exterior grading, concrete walkways and walls, and metals/handrail work.
The Children’s Inn at NIH provides a residential place for families with children who are participating in leading-edge research studies with the National Institutes of Health.
